Site Preparation Recommendations
We suggest that you use a 4" to 6" base of 3/4" modified stone.

Use 4" x 4" or 6" x 6" pressure treated timbers around outside perimeter of stone base. Make sure timbers are leveled. Fill stone evenly to top of timbers. Stone base can be made 12" wider and longer than normal size.

Check with your local authorities about building permits. Each city, township or municipality may have unique requirements that you must meet or adhere to before having your structure delivered.

We now offer sealed engineering drawings for all our structures. These drawings may be required to receive your local building permit.

Measurements are based on the width of the structure you purchase.
